Even though I only stayed for 2 months (due to my own circumstances), it's a great studio in a good place especially if you are going to Beds Uni or working in the surrounding area. Daman is also really responsive and fixed my maintenance requests in good time (very rare in my experiences in other student accommodations). Also it was a great and fair price, I've paid more for non-studio places. I would really recommend this place.

I recently moved out of my double studio, I stayed for a year. Everything was spotlessly clean and felt brand new when I moved in. I had absolutely no issues during my stay. The manager was incredibly lovely and always quick to respond to any questions I had. A fantastic experience overall, I couldn’t recommend studio4 more 🙂

The studio had everything I needed, the place is well kept for and feels new. The accommodation is next to the uni and the town centre, and a 10min walk from the train station. Daman is a great manager, always here for any issues that might have been.
I recommend I spent an amazing year there.
