I have been shopping with them for around a decade and I very much recommend them. I have only had two issues with them, one was the wrong tobacco sent (one of my regular purchases though, just one I had bought the previous month) and once a defective powermatic. And with no trouble on my part they sent replacement and didn't even make me return the item. I buy the 5lb bags of tobacco, and they are very reasonably priced. It ships out very fast after ordering and arrives quickly too. I hoow to continue to shop with them for another decade or longer. Highly, highly recommend them.

I can say that one will feel at home when they walk into this store. The atmosphere and the energy just feels you and all of the weight on your shoulders is dropped at the for the small moment you are in this.
