The Waterloo Brown Bottle is a Waterloo staple for a reason. Consistent great taste, top notch service, and an excellent atmosphere, whether it is a special occasion out or just a night out, they've got you covered. The Spaghetti with Meat Sauce is my personal favorite and their garlic salad dressing is wonderful. Be sure to save room for the Brownie Pie.

My husband and I booked one of the private event rooms to have a dinner to celebrate getting married with our families in Iowa. The process to book the room was straightforward and well laid out. It made it easy to make selections based on our party needs. The staff serving us were attentive and on top of everything the whole time, and all the staff was incredibly professional and helpful. Everyone's food was delicious. Would highly recommend booking here for an event.

My partner and I reserved a table here for 8pm on Valentine's Day. It was busy due to the Holiday, There is a parking lot across the street, or paid side street parking. 15-20 min wait for the reservation, hour wait for the food. we were later in the day so they were out of the desert I had asked for. Food was wonderful. For smaller parties they have cubby areas so they offer more privacy. We were sat in a bit of a darker atmosphere, which I enjoyed, they had an actual flame candle lit.
Our waitress didn't refill any of our drinks for the entirety of our stay, going on two hours, I had placed the cups towards the edge of the table to show the were empty . I had also asked one of the hostess where the restroom was. She stared at me for about ten seconds, then turned around and started speaking to someone else. I stood there till another hostess pointed out the restroom around the corner from the hostess stand for me.
