I had an amazing experience thanks to Barbie at vista bar. From the moment I came, she was friendly, attentive, and incredibly skilled. Not only did she made an amazing espresso martini with her sweet touches. She made lovely atmosphere at the bar.
I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend asking for Barbie if you want great drinks and even better service!

The location is great and the space itself has potential. Although we didn’t get the best view from our table, the atmosphere seemed like it could’ve been a vibe under better management. The issues started almost immediately. The host who sat us seemed completely overwhelmed and unsure of what was going on. After being seated, we waited about 30 minutes before anyone even approached our table. It took around 45 minutes total just to get our order in. During that time, at least two visibly upset parties walked out without paying because they had been waiting so long. Once we finally ordered, our appetizers took about another hour to arrive — and to make matters worse, one of the items was never rung in. I don’t even blame the bartender or server, because it was clear they were severely understaffed. There were only two people trying to manage 50+ guests, with one busser/food runner. On Valentine’s Day. That’s not a staff issue that’s a management issue. The manager made a brief appearance about once an hour and didn’t seem to be assisting or supporting the staff in any meaningful way. By the time we left, they were seating people wherever they could while at least half the restaurant hadn’t even been greeted yet. It felt completely chaotic with many people super upset. I’ve never experienced such disorganization at a restaurant, especially on a night that should clearly be planned for. This place has potential, but it seriously needs better management and staffing if it wants to deliver the kind of experience its location promises.

DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE EXCEPT FOR ONE AMAZING SERVER
I was really looking forward to visiting Vista Rooftop Bar and Lounge, but unfortunately the place does not look like the pictures they advertise. The atmosphere was underwhelming, and the food was not good at all. The service was honestly terrible. There were only two servers for all the tables, and one of them completely ignored us. We waited over an hour before being properly attended to.
The only reason this review is not worse is because of Guido, who told us it was his first day. He ended up taking care of all the tables and gave us spectacular service. He was attentive, professional, and truly went above and beyond despite being overwhelmed. Guido deserves a 100 out of 10 for his effort and dedication. Without him, this experience would have been a complete disaster.
I hope management recognizes his hard work and improves staffing and food quality, because right now the place does not live up to its image.
