I stayed here for 24 hours and I was so pleasantly surprised.

First of all the staff are amazing and have a great attention to detail to everything.

The sky lounge was lovely to work from as well as enjoy light bites and refreshments the view of the runway with the private jets is lovely.

My room was so spacious beautifully decorated, perfectly clean and I would 100% return for work or leisure.

The hotel itself is really easy to get to has free parking, great conference facilities and was really quiet when I stayed.

The only thing I would like to see potentially considered as a change, would be afternoon tea didn't need to be pre-booked, and you could request it anytime.

Overall a brilliant experience here.

Went for afternoon tea ,lovely setting although some filming going on in lobby which was a bit loud .Foid and service was very nice with the Sky lounge offering great views over the airfield.
Nice touch at the end with plate and chocolate for wifes B'day and able to takeaway unfinished scones.
Value for money …yes

Service …good though did feel girl could of done with some help,but she managed.

I have just had champagne afternoon tea at the Aviator in the Sky Bar and it was amazing. The service from Adel was outstanding, so attentive, nothing was too much trouble! She explained everything so well and catered for all our needs. The sandwiches, quiche and cakes were delicious. Great value for money too
