The staff are always really helpful, the books are excellent- a diverse choice, all genres. And if you make a request they get it if they can, and communicate effectively. Staff are very patient when you ask for help with the computers.

Need a photocopy of a passport. Easy free parking directly outside the mail entrance. The parking spaces are very tight and on the small side so be aware. The staff were very friendly & helpful. They assisted with the photocopier and helped me get the passport printed. Black and white A4 copy 10p per page or 50p for a colour copy. I was In and out in around 4 minutes! Brilliant.
