This is the first time I've eaten at the Evolution Craft Brewing Company in Salisbury, Maryland. I was quite impressed. My wife and I had lunch with my granddaughter and two of my great-granddaughters, one of whom just graduated from college.

The venue is fairly basic. There's indoor and outdoor dining. It was a windy day so we ate inside. The indoors were kind of noisy, but it was still possible to talk and listen and understand each other.

We shared the multi-dip appetizer. Two of the dips were good. The cheesy lump crab dip was amazing.

My wife and I had the lump crab grilled cheese sandwich. Not only was it delicious, it was also quite generous. One sandwich is enough for two people.

This restaurant is wheelchair accessible. There's plenty of parking in the free lot out front. If you're in Salisbury, EVO is the place to go.

Wow, this is a great brewery… From the moment I stepped in the door and greeted by a gentleman named Jesse, I knew I was in a good place and that feeling just kept getting better. My next pleasure was a glass of Evolution White. A Belgian brew that was so tasty that I got it for my second glass as well. The only problem with it was, I didn’t taste any of their other brews because I liked this so much.

Next up was my Mushroom Burratta pizza… as with the beer, this pizza was perfection with a glaze of balsamic vinegar, arugula and mushrooms on a garlicky white pizza that had a nicely browned and crispy crust.

Lastly was the great service that Jesse provided me. Yup he not only met me at the door, but he was my waiter as well.

Thank you Evolution Brewing Company. I will be back.

Everything we had was really good. The crab Rangoon nachos were delicious, and the French onion soup was awesome. Also had a cup of cream of crab and that was so good too. White pizza, smash burger tacos, and the salmon plate were all awesome. Def will be back when on the eastern shore!
