Restaurant has such a nice view of the Mississippi River. The albacore tuna sashimi is a must.
Food in general was good and presentation was great. I wouldn’t recommend the fried rolls as they are all covered in panko and I feel like they would be much better if they were all tempura rolls.
Ube cheesecake was great but a bit overpriced. The jelly that comes with it could be less sweet as it overwhelms the flavor of the cheesecake.
The guys in the kitchen were having fun and throwing things on the floor – I thought it was hilarious but they quickly got a sermon from the chef. Seriously, no big deal with having fun specially during the slow hour when there’s hardly anyone there. The guy who did the noise apologized but I told him it was ok – they could actually make it part of the attraction and clown around a bit, I’m sure a little humor won’t kill anyone.

Genuinely one of the nicest experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant nice waiters very great food and the view is impeccable. never have I ever wanted to write a view for a restaurant until now. The waiter was so nice and so thoughtful and talked to us through the menu the entire time.

First time dining at the Tsunami Sushi on top of the Shaw Center. The stir fried rice with chicken was delicious and tasty. I like eating and looking out over the Miss. River and Baton Rouge buildings. It was a very different atmosphere to enjoy. I will definitely try again in the spring so I can eat outside on patio over looking Baton Rouge. The prices ok🤙
