V. Sattui Winery — St. Helena, CA

This place is on another level. From the moment we pulled in, the historic charm and scenery set the tone — vineyards glowing under the sun, classic wine country architecture, and that old-school winery truck out front that just adds to the experience.

The wine tasting wasn’t rushed, and every pour was excellent. Smooth, balanced, and full of character — exactly what you hope for in Napa. The staff knew their wines and made the experience feel personal, not just transactional.

We sat outside, enjoyed the sun, and took in views that honestly look like a postcard. Between the atmosphere, the wine, and the setting, it’s one of those places you remember long after you leave.

If you’re in Napa, don’t overthink it — this winery deserves a stop. One of the best visits we’ve had. 🍇🍷

I've been going to V. Sattui for many years and will continue to. We always start our Napa trips off with lunch at V. Sattui & a bottle of their Gamay Rouge.
They just remodeled the main building where the deli is and, let me tell you, it is amazingly beautiful! We were sad to see the huge tree in the courtyard gone but it is what it is, the olive trees are pretty.
Food is decent, cheese selection is amazing, and the atmosphere was always amazing but it's 10x better now!

Wonderful place! Impeccable service. You have the option of choosing a wine tasting, but you can also simply enjoy the market to buy your own wine and snacks, and eat in the beautiful and cozy outdoor area. We will definitely return. A very pleasant experience, especially for those with children.
