The Museum of Philippine Economic History is a strong addition to Iloilo’s cultural and heritage attractions. It offers a rich, informative experience that connects architecture, local history, and economic development in an accessible, free setting. It’s particularly valuable for those interested in history, economics, heritage, or industrial development, though visitors should allow enough time, go during cooler hours, and be prepared for quite a bit of reading.

This Museum showcases the Economic History of the Philippines during the Spanish Colonization. The Old House turned Museum has great architectural bones and is preserved well. Would be nice if they had AC is turned on and a Cafe nearby but overall a good experience. Free entry too.
