24hour library! You can have high speed WiFi also if you use Smart WiFi!

A good place to study. It was the first and only 24 hr. Library in the phil under mayor osmena but sadly it changed when mayor labella won and is onlt open now from 8am-12mn. Still a good time to study tho

Many people were there but it was quiet. There's a separate Children section, with kid size tables and chairs.

Don't forget to dress appropriately, no shorts and slippers!
