The view is phenomenal. The facilty is amazing and the service is friendly. Food was good but expensive.

Went there with my bf and friends for a short visit just to try and see the resort. Their Cafe is very spacious and perfect for mountain viewing. Lots of seats available. We only tried the drinks and desserts and those were great. Didn't get a room since we didn't plan to stay. Although the rooms are somewhat pricey but I think it's gonna be worth it for those who'd like to try a quiet and peaceful time away from the city.

The place is poorly maintained, dirty, rusty, worn off, the staff has zero-level of interest in your experience.
We rent individual cabin with mountain view.
Bathroom:

– we cleaned the shower head from stones so it can be used properly, otherwise it was barely sprinkle anything.
– we reversed the hot-cold water markers on the faucet so it will be in the correct position. LOL
Kitchen: the fridge had 3 bottles of water. One of them – an unfinished (a water from the previous customer?)
There is an electric kettle, that has never been cleaned properly – it's full of stones inside. There is no dedicated socket to connect it (we used the socket near the bed). Apart from mugs and the kettle there is nothing: no coffee/tea, no spoons.
No wifi in the room.
The room itself makes me feel sad. Floor tiles are uneven, the bathroom sink is not aligned to the wall, the bathtub to wall sealing is done so bad. Plints? Never heard of it… Is it such a problem to hire someone who does know how to do their job?
Seriously, does it cost these money? I could stay in 4⭐ in the city with a pool and sauna.
