Great place to stay at Baguio! The room we rented in AirBnB was clean and homey. I loved the place, felt so comfortable. Your experience may vary though since different AirBnbs have different owners.
The place itself is far from the main city, but we liked it since it was very peaceful and quiet. You’ll need to take either jeepney or taxi to go down the main City, but there are plenty of them passing through. There’s literally a jeepney stop right across the condo.
It’s also right across Good Shepherd and beside Mine’s View.
Pet friendly place too. We brought our dog and the staff were all friendly towards him.
Recommend staying here if you like to stay away from the city!

Suntrust 88: Location-wise, this place is very convenient as it is close to Mines View, Good Shepherd for pasalubong, Camp John Hay, and Baguio Country Club.
We booked the unit through Airbnb. The condominium shows some signs of age, which are noticeable, particularly the presence of mold. The bathroom tiles also seem to be improperly installed, as water does not drain properly, requiring you to manually guide the water toward the drain after use.
There is also a 7-Eleven nearby, along with ATM machines, which is good.

Great view in the morning and literally took 3 minutes to walk to Mine's view. Good Sheperd Convent is also a crossing road distance, nearby souvenir shops are also available.
