Absolutely beautiful and one of my favourite places to spend time. You can see the sea, the boats, Drake's Island, and on a clear day all the way out to the horizon. It’s such a peaceful spot, whether you’re walking, sitting with a coffee, or just taking in the fresh air.

The park itself is very clean and well kept, with plenty of space for everyone. Families, couples, runners, and dog walkers all share the area in a really friendly way. There’s always something going on. Sometimes live music, small events, or just people enjoying the sunshine. The lighthouse adds so much character, and it’s great for photos too.

It’s also close to cafés, ice cream stands, and restaurants, so you can easily spend a whole afternoon there. The atmosphere is relaxing, and it feels safe even in the evening when the lights come on along the seafront.

If you’re visiting Plymouth or even if you live nearby, Hoe Park is definitely a must see. It’s one of those places that makes you slow down and appreciate how beautiful this city really is.

Had a great walk around hoe Park today. Free to enter which is always nice. We'll keped and very clean with many monuments commemorating the world wars also Drake after the monuments there's the light house being one of the most recognised structure in Plymouth. If your visiting Plymouth put it on your to do list it's a lovely park a credit to council of Plymouth.

Lovely park with a lot of history and a great place to take your dogs for a walk too.
There's plenty of nearby parking for abled and disabled drivers and a few places to stop for an ice cream or a quick bite to eat, but if you prefer, you could take a picnic and sit on one of the many to enjoy the views.
