It was a stunning discover during my trip of Gloucester. I was looking through the front glass when a welcoming mister opened the door and asked to come visit inside. The buildings are well preserved and full of history. I concluded the visit by an English teatime at the restaurant inside the buildings. Very pleasant trip.

We booked onto the history of the folk museum tour. Our your guide was brilliant, she really brought the walls to life. Such a beautiful building. If you've never been you really must go. They have a lovely cafe too, open Thursday, Friday & Saturday (possibly other days, they are the ones I remember!). Lots of events on throughout the month which sounds fab. We will definitely be coming back for some of those and lunch too. It's just off of the main shopping in Gloucester so easily missed, it really should not be missed, it's really fantastic and as a charity it deserves our support.
