Booked two lanes today for my son and 7 friends. We had a lovely time . Would like to thank Autumn for her brilliant customer service nothing was too much trouble for her she was understanding and very helpful. She got all the kids involved with a dance. Shes a credit to the team. Also the girl working soft play think toni ?? Sorry if I got name wrong. But again so helpful and lovely.

First time visiting since Tenpin took over. Good experience overall. Liked the screens in between lanes – also that we didn't have to wear bowling shoes. Being able to add a photo to the bowling screen is a nice touch. Staff were helpful l.
