The Mactan Newtown area is a modern self contained beach condominium community built by Megaworld.
The place is very clean with proper sidewalks and pedestrian lanes. Plenty of food stalls, fast food and Two Gordon Ramsay restaurants within walking distance.
Watson and Robinsons Supermarket complete the locators of the place. It is not congested with cars since it is off the main highway.
There are two hotels namely Belmont and Savoy which has a shared private beach.
A relaxing place to say in close to the airport.

Room at Mercure Hotel so clean, friendly staff, nice food. Also provide Halal meal. Easy go to the beach. If u stay at the hotel, u can access to the private beach. Shuttle van provide by hotel. But also can walk. Not really far. Have gym and spa. Around the hotel have so many restaurants, convenient store..
