What a fantastic meal! We were offered seats at the kitchen counter, which we quickly accepted. We love to watch the "show". After offering menus, the staff gave us plenty of time to review and discuss before approaching. This was VERY welcome. All of our cocktails were delicious and beautifully balanced. It was a real treat to be able to choose from a long list of classic cocktails, that were made with elevated ingredients.

We love to share numerous small plates, to try lots of different tastes. The flavors of each dish were superb! We had Ceviche, Beef Tartare, Garlic Prawns, Foie Gras, KFC (beautifully crispy and with delicious sauce, as well as kimchi ketchup), and Pork Empanadas. Usually we don't have any room for dessert, but we were able to squeeze in a shared bowl of Poached Strawberries that were heavenly.

Service was spot on – quickly available, but not hovering. Thank you for a very memorable evening.

Wow what a meal and we just ordered from the starter menu. Beautiful restaurant designed by famous architects Nero and Hu (Cebuano and Shanghainese duo) based in Shanghai. Pair that with a very talented chef with a very nice menu and voila, awesome meal hahahaha! Before I mention the food, thanks to our server Jermin who provided top notch waiting service.

It was a busy night so there was no regular table so we ended up seating by the chef bar where you can see all the food being cooked and prepared before going to service. If you’re a foodie I suggest searing here. As someone who loves food and cooking I picked up on so many pro tips.

Now the food, it a fusion of Filipino, Japanese and Western and of the 5 dishes we tried, all were excellent. I saw so many other dishes being prepared for other that looks so scrumptious that I’m definitely going back to try those.

    HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We really intended to eat here because a friend recommended it. We ordered two starters, a salad, two mains, and two cocktails. All were good. Serving was more than enough for two people to share. We were even able to bring home the mains to Manila. I loved the pork confit more than the salmon. Cauliflower salad tasted different in my palette but it was good, too. Their brioche was soft, and the chili jam was the perfect pair.

The place though was quite noisy. Though not the restaurant’s fault, it just ruined the dining experience for us. There was one table celebrating something I guess (this was in November) but they were just too loud and rowdy.
