We visited early morning and all we saw were a handful of people.
The park does not smell of pee – yaaay to that.
There is a vendor on one side of the park where you can buy basic snacks and bottle of water. Parking is by El Deposito Museum.
There are some empty bottles of water and empty plastic wrappers on the grass though so I hope that can be improved.
All in all – it’s a good and safe place for kids to run around or for anyone to just take a walk and put their steps in.

A good place to relax (when it is not the weekends or early morning where there are a lot of people doing their morning exercise), do some physical activities ie. Sports, jogging, zumba, frisbee etc and a lot more. The San Juan City hall is just right beside it.
