CaffeLUC may be one of the numerous available coffee shops in Laoag City but we cannot deny its own charm. Situated near a major road but the distance of the place to the street is quite spacious so you would not be bothered by the cars passing by. Plus there is an ample parking space. It is near a gasoline shop that is soon to open. So it will be convenient for those who would go for gas or just anyone who's like to sip good coffee. The prices are quite on the middle to high level compared to others but the taste makes it worth it. I tried their match and I liked it better than most that I have tried in town. They also serve pastries and their brownies are so good, it is moist, chewy and just the right amount of sweetness.

Besides the superior interior design (might be the best around Laoag), they serve a decently-brewed Spanish Latte. Chairs are ultimately comfortable, coziness at maximum. Lots of parking spaces and good bathroom too.
One of the only coffee shops in the area playing spot-on jazz music (some Sinatra/Isham Jones instrumentals) – an element which I believe is a must-experience in every good coffee shop – played at an exact mellow volume which makes it conducive for learning – makes it for a perfect reading nook and study area.
Definitely recommending to other local coffee lovers.
