We had a very pleasant stay at this Holiday Inn Express. The staff was extremely friendly from the moment we arrived and handled our request for a pet-friendly room with no issues at all. They even assigned us a room on the first floor, which made it very convenient to quickly take our dogs out for walks.
The complimentary breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options. One small area for improvement would be the gym, as it was under renovation and some of the equipment felt a bit outdated.
Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay with excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you’re traveling with pets.

Nice hotel, very quiet, clean, and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is good, regular Holiday Inn breakfast! Staff is friendly and professional. I like staying there as it’s on my way out to go home and it is close to my dealership, so it’s very convenient. The rates are pretty good compared to other Holiday Inns in Edmonton. Would definitely recommend.

Very excellent place to stay. All the staff was extremely friendly. I must give a huge thank you to Laurie. She was working the breakfast kitchen and she was so amazing. She always went above and beyond to help people. 100% amazing human being.
