Absolutely superb, from the outstanding customer service, knowledge and presentation of the cigars etc, to the cigars themselves and the variety available.. makes 1865 cigars THE place to purchase cigars for me, anyone wanting to try the experience of smoking cigars but are unsure of what to try, should definitely go here, tell them your fears etc, and what your looking for, and I guarantee you’ll come away well armed with reliable expert advice and a beautiful smoking experience… those who are veterans of cigars, well, you already know if you buy your cigars from this establishment.

Superb service and excellent stock of quality tobacco's. I bought my first brick trowel from this shop over 40 years ago and various tools over the years. Longevity is a sign of quality here. The tobacco room at the back is a superb touch, where a gentleman can browse all the tobacco and sublime cigar selection. They haven't been trading for 150 years for nothing 😏
