We had our wedding in Forbes Theater and had a great experience! The space is beautiful and so unique. 500 Pearl is a one stop shop for your wedding: food, drinks, lodging. Dianne, the venue coordinator, was so helpful and great to work with. The wait staff and bartenders were so attentive. The food and drinks were so good! We had a private after party on the roof after which was so fun! We received so many compliments during and after our wedding from guests and are so pleased with our experience.

My husband and I had our reception in the Grand Aeries room on June 20th 2025! From start to finish was an amazing experience, beautiful venue, food was great, and Dianne our coordinator was so helpful, kind, and on top of things. Love that our guests could stay in the hotel after the wedding and head up to the rooftop for the after party. Rooms were also clean, well stocked. Ours was on the top floor underneath the rooftop and I know people complain about the noise, but we honestly couldn’t hear anything. We stayed an extra night before our honeymoon as well, which was easy to add as a second night stay in the same room. Wish I could relive the day over again, it was incredible and would highly recommend!

I had my wedding reception in 500 Pearl's Grand Aeries room this past September and I could not recommend this venue enough!!
Our wedding coordinator Annmarie was amazing to work with- she was very accommodating & was there for any question or concern I had. She was on top of every small detail and was truly lovely to work with! The waitstaff and bartenders on the day of the wedding were all amazing as well.
I also cannot say enough positive things about the food, it was absolutely delicious and we were so impressed. We went with the forever package & chose filet mignon and chicken Milanese for entrees. I have had so many guests tell me afterwards that it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. I ate some of my husband's steak and it was hands down the best steak I've ever had. Everything was also served in a timely manner, no one had to wait a long time to receive their food. The hors d'oeuvres and late night food were also just as delicious.
Overall we are so happy we chose to have our reception at 500 Pearl & couldn't thank Annmarie and her staff enough for making our day so special!
