We have been using A-1 for the past 25 years. They have been punctual EVERY SINGLE TIME (maybe they were late once). They even picked up a family member in a snowstorm in Philly when they came in on standby and we were unsure about timing. They were there. We have used their partners when we travel. They are a bit pricy, but for me, they are worth every penny. I love they’re a local company. They never disappoint.

We just had our holiday party in NYC this past Friday, and from start to finish, Michelle (Sales) and Steve (Driver) took such good care of us. This is my 4th event I have used A1. They are extremely professional, thorough, and so kind. It was grid lock alert night this year, and Steve handled the traffic and navigating our bus from midtown to the Lincoln Tunnel, to Princeton, flawlessly. I highly recommend using A1.

I have been an A-1 customer for about 35 years. I know it's more expensive than other ways of getting to the airport, including driving and parking. After experiencing detoured flights to another airport with my car in EWR, A-1 has never left me stranded! They are always on time and a wonderful, accommodating driver (shout out to Mike) which was especially challenging given the flight delays and cancellations the past couple of days. A number of years ago I had them picking up relatives arriving in EWR in the midst of a Carribean hurricane. We couldn't reach them — but 3 days later they figured out what flight they were on and brought them safe and sound to my home. I've also used them to rent buses to take a number of international and out-of-town guests staying at a hotel in Mercer County attending a wedding I was hosting in Somerset. Everything went very smoothly and our guests delighted.
