Since changing over to Fairfield the hotel has run much better. Rooms are clean but noisy if placed on the off ramp (West side) of the hotel. 15 min walk to Boston Pizza over busy roads. Apart from this hotel is great value.

We had never stayed here before. We were both pleasantly surprised. The staff was fabulous. Our room was spotless. We ordered room service for dinner, it was delicious, and arrived hot! Breakfast was as advertised, with both hot and cold options.

We will definitely be staying here when we travel to Calgary even though it is not in the city. Super easy access, right of the highway!

Had a great one night stay in a king bed room. Good price, GREAT staff, very clean. You could tell they took sanitization very seriously. Bed was comfy, view of a man made pond and good location. This was the first time I ever had a room with a window in the bathroom which was kinda nice. Pool area was nice with a hot tub. Another thing this hotel did that I have never experienced before was they kept the pool area open until midnight. You can tell this hotel is very family orientated so to have the late hours was nice cause the pool was over run by a lot of families taken advantage of the pool.

Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast and was served by the staff to reduce people touching the serving utensils. Nice touch.

They also had cute little sayings on things like a rag bag telling you about its use and the luggage trolleys. In the room they also made animals out of towels. Cute touch, last time I saw that was on a cruise.

I would definitely stay here again. The staff were really attentive, helpful and cheerful. The owner should be proud of their staff!
