This was the opening of the new Alabama Military Gallery in the Archives and History Museum. Gov. Kay Ivey cut the ribbon with Director Steve Murray and other dignitaries.

This museum is very well laid out and covers many different aspects of Alabama history. I could have stayed even longer than I did to take in everything. Great kids section as well.
