This hotel and staff were absolutely wonderful! The unique and beautiful decor as you step inside the lobby and lobby bar are just incredible.
The staff was extremely friendly and always willing to help.
The rooms were fresh and clean. Not a brand new hotel but nothing super outdated.
We wanted to be near the Power & Light District so this hotel was a perfect choice. It’s literally a two block walk over and you’re there.
Parking for cars is valet only but the service was excellent. We never waited more than five minutes for them to bring us our car.
Overall, great place to stay if you’re wanting to be downtown Kansas City.

We recently worked with Ambassador KC for our reunion and they were truly amazing! Going above & beyond to stay connected throughout our months of planning and ensuring that our needs were met at all times, even during the event.
Every staff person was friendly and accommodating as well as providing all of us with excellent service.
The food at our banquet was fantastic and Jay, Zia, Bibbs, and Theresa were always at hand just in case.
