The cathedral is beautiful and clean. The park beside it has activities for kids to enjoy too. The cathedral also has a gift shop that has alot of religious items. Outside the cathedral, there are a variety of food areas to go to.

We went as a family for mass and car blessing. There was available parking inside the church premises. The church main hall is spacious and well ventilated with dome shaped roof. Daily masses are done in hourly basis in Tagalog language. There is a restroom and resting lounge beside the church near the office. It was the most cleanest and looks very fancy for a washroom/toilet, far more better than most malls in Metro Manila!

I’m not exactly sure what I was expecting at this cathedral. It’s an interesting mixture of old and new, with more new than old. Somehow it works. I don’t know why, but it does. I thought it was interesting that there is plenty of space for people to watch Mass outside, including an ancient Jumbotron. Such, I suppose, it is the devotion of Filipino Catholics. I look forward to visiting this place again in my next trip to the Philippines, as it’s not very far from our house there.
