As a frequent traveler who often spends weeks or even months away from home, I’ve stayed in a lot of different places — and Housing Done Write has really stood out as a fantastic and affordable option.

The property is kept clean, with clear rules and twice-monthly professional cleanings. Fellow tenants are usually friendly and respectful, and there are always cleaning supplies available for common areas, which made it easy to do my part.
Every room comes fully equipped with a bed, dresser, and TV, so there’s no need to splurge on furniture. I was able to make my space cozy for just a few hundred dollars — far more comfortable (and affordable) than a hotel.

There are a few things to be aware of: When new tenants move in, it sometimes takes a little time for everyone to get used to the house rules, and you might find yourself reported for something minor even if you meant well. That said, management is professional and handles reminders and any issues with respect, giving you time to adjust.

At the location I was at, I sometimes saw people checking for unlocked cars at night, but with cameras and outdoor lighting on the property (plus making sure my vehicle was locked), I always felt secure.

If you’re friendly, value cleanliness, and want a reasonable long-term stay, I highly recommend Housing Done Wright! It’s not fancy, but you get everything you need to live comfortably without breaking the bank. I’d gladly stay here again.

Housing Done Wright is amazing!🎉 I was looking for an affordable place to live for an out of state move and found out about this company through Facebook. I reached out and Quincy responded like The Flash! I greatly appreciate his transparency and efforts to go above and beyond to try and make my move as smooth as possible.

I also appreciate the time they take to vet potential tenants. It gives you a sense of safety and security before you even step foot on a property.

Having been through multiple previous housing situations, I felt like I was treated with care and respect through the entire process with Housing Done Wright compared to what I had been dealing with.

Rooms get filled CRAZY fast. I haven't stayed at a property just yet, but I look forward to when a room becomes available that suits my needs.

Love this place! With the money I save in rent, it affords me the ability to get out and do the things I really like! I've got alot of gear including a boat that fits in my garage with 24hr security, probably the safest place I've lived in the Phoenix metro area! It's all that it's advertised as!
