Massive carpark also used by the gym goers, warm friendly greeting from the receptionist, all information given, lift to all floors, my room was very clean and spacious as was the bathroom, free drink voucher and a rubber ducky!
The bed was super comfortable.
Wi-Fi excellent
Shower is hot and powerful.
Location set close to the city centre.
Free use of the leisure centre (I didn't use it).
Breakfast not included but could be added if wanted.
Would definitely stay again if in the city.

Have visited many times before but were surprised with an upgrade to a junior suite today and we are absolutely delighted! Has really made our anniversary trip a special and memorable event. So grateful and appreciative. The staff are so friendly and professional, striking just the right balance to be welcoming without being intrusive. Food and drinks are delicious and well priced. Spa is always clean and warm. These are among a hundred other reasons why we continue to return over and over.

Friendly and helpful staff. I did not bring a UK to Euro power plug, could borrow it no problem.
Food is good.
Rooms are quite modern. Bathroom is great even for the cheapest room.
The gym is actually very good. Some free weights, high quality machines from Techno Gym. No barbell but that is very rare for a hotel gym.
And the spa, for the money you are paying, hard to compete with that.
So very satisfied.
