Travis and his team at AV Connect have helped me out twice now––when I first moved to Austin in 2014 and when I upgraded my A/V system in 2021.
In 2014, I was starting from scratch, and Travis helped guide me through my options and install a new a/v system in my new house, including components, installation and programming. It was a big project (for me), and the AV Connect team performed flawlessly. As occasional issues arose after, Travis was quick to respond, providing sound guidance and sending someone to help me out, when needed. AV Connect stands by their work, which is important to me.
In 2021, I decided to upgrade my a/v system, which involved a major reordering of my older components and installing new ones. Travis gave me a great quote, procured all of the new equipment, and Kyren and Aaron installed it perfectly, answering my many questions about "how this/that works" along the way.
AV Connect is a great team with customer-first priorities. I would recommend them highly for any job, large or small.

This is a follow up to my previous review on Feb. 2017. I've continued to have AV Connect upgrade and maintain my Control4 system during the intervening time frame – so about 8 years now. They're still amazing – providing superb technical solutions and truly incredible customer service and follow through, which in today's world, is about as rare as hen's teeth! Travis, the owner of AV Connect, truly cares about his customers and based on my experience, connecting with AV Connect for your Control4 home audio-video and other services is a great decision. Double thumbs up again on replay!

AV Connect did an outstanding job of running several ethernet cables through our attic and installing two IP cameras. We now have good visibility to the front door and excellent internet connectivity throughout our house. The team was on time, knowledgeable, efficient, professional, neat and friendly. I highly recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their network or audio wiring.
