We love our new home! Sandra, Monica, and the rest of the staff has really made the application and move in process so easy for us. From the moment we walked in the door, they provided excellent hospitality. We felt welcomed and right at home as soon as we arrived. We are grateful to how easy and accommodating the process has been.
Our apartment itself has excellent amenities, plenty of kitchen cabinet spaces, beautiful backsplash tiles, and great appliances. Our walk-in closet space is great as well! We are so excited to be here.
The location is great as well, we are close to the metro rail, Very easy to get downtown quickly, and to other locations on the line. Great bakery’s near, and great restaurants as well. I’ve lived in this area of Austin for almost 5 years. I’m so happy to keep the things I love about this area without sacrificing moving away. The Ave has the best quality of living to date in the area when it comes to apartments, you can’t beat what they to offer.

I've been a resident here for 2 years, and it's been a phenomenal experience the entire time!
The apartments and amenities are top notch and well maintained.
Any help or servicing requests I've needed have been promptly taken care of.
The staff go the extra mile to foster a friendly and welcoming environment, always greeting people with a smile and being super professional overall!
A special shout out to Sandra and Monica, both of whom are lovely people and have been especially helpful during my stay here!

Well worth it!
Sandra from management is one of the nicest people I've ever met in my entire life. She worked with me on my accommodations and consistently goes above and beyond with apartment events. She's so incredibly kind that she even invited me to the resident breakfast even while I was still looking for a place to stay in Austin.
Merilou from the apartment staff was also very kind and accommodating during the Thanksgiving event that I also went to.
The apartment is walkable to the 99 ranch market, a place notorious for having difficult parking. You are halfway between downtown and the domain, probably 10-15 minutes both ways, so great location! You have access to things like Vigilante, Bamboo House, KBBQ. If you frequent Asian food establishments, it's a no brainer.
There are around 4 events per month with free food/yoga/etc. Substantially higher than anything I've ever had at other apartments. Many of these events will completely handle food for you for the day.
Ave Austin management is the best I've ever seen, and if you're looking for a quiet, but still very accessible location Ave Austin is definitely a location you should tour at the very least.
