I recently had dinner at Bale Dutung, and it was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The soup was a comforting and flavorful way to begin our meal — warm, rich, and perfectly seasoned, it really set the tone for the evening. The salad stood out as well, with its distinct taste and thoughtfully chosen ingredients that complemented each other so beautifully. Every bite felt balanced and fresh, showing real attention to detail in the preparation. Overall, it was a satisfying and memorable dining experience that I would gladly repeat.

We ordered from their The Way We Eat menu and tried the Sopa de Ajo, Noche Buena Salad, Vongole Pasta, Angus Ribeye, and Banana Foster. Everything was perfectly cooked! The soup was a comforting and flavorful way to start our dinner. The salad had a distinct taste with ingredients that complemented each other so well. The Vongole Pasta had generous servings of clams and was cooked perfectly al dente.

The highlight of the night was definitely the Angus Ribeye cooked medium rare! Absolutely beyond perfect! And to end the meal, the Banana Foster was soft, sweet, and delicious.

The ambiance was stunning; I lost count of how many times we said “wow.” The space is beautifully curated, and I love how they incorporated antique pieces it truly feels like a work of art. The staff were also incredibly accommodating and even toured us around. They also made us feel special by giving us greeting on a plate!

I hope we can visit again soon, especially when they have new promos!

We had the Kapampangan Tasting Menu! And because there were only 6 of us and 2 children, they accommodated us even tho minimum number of people were 8(this tho was possible because I booked a few days in advance). The food was amazing and my family enjoyed the experience. Being a Kapampangan, it is clean and refined take of the Kapampangan food featured in the menu. We were full by the 6th course! In case you’re wondering if you will have filled bellies. They also accommodated our shellfish allergy. The people who are behind Bale Dutung were also amazing, explaining the inspiration for each dish.
