Wow, this place is a whole vibe — a literal father and son operation. They're hilariously kind people talking to everyone that comes in like family, knew most of their regulars by name… extremely generous giving out samples to newcomers, and I haven't even mentioned how good the bbq is. Hands down the best I've had in Dallas. I had the burnt end loaded potato, and I can't recommend it enough.

This place is a special gem. Just a black owned business serving up some good smoked meats in the middle of downtown. It’s low key, some space inside for a few large tables but the vibe of sitting at your uncles house for a cookout.
The food was delicious, brisket juicy, sausage, smoky and sides, well seasoned with flavor. Portions were generous and the owners made me feel right at home and made certain that anything I needed or wanted was taken care of. I left in a better mood than I was in! Great place and can’t wait to come back!

Delicious burnt ends & sweet tea.
The service was great but we were a little bit tight for time and it took a bit longer than expected. If we had less of a schedule to keep, it would have been more enjoyable for us.
