This has to be one of the most spectacular viewpoints in all of Seattle. While it's a conference center, the decks and surrounding areas offer a view that is second to none.

The panoramic sweep of Elliott Bay from here is just breathtaking. You get a perfect, elevated view of everything that makes the waterfront iconic: the Great Wheel lighting up, the boats resting in the marina, and the downtown skyline glittering as the sun goes down.

I highly recommend visiting during the "magic hour" – the time just before and after sunset. Watching the sky change colors and the city lights turn on from this vantage point is a truly magical experience. It's an ideal spot for photographers or anyone looking for a romantic, peaceful place to end the day.

Nestled within the functional architecture of a conference center lies one of Seattle's best-kept secrets: a panoramic viewpoint that rivals any postcard.
This is not merely a glancing look at the city but a fully immersive, elevated experience that captures the vibrant pulse of the Puget Sound. From this unparalleled vantage, you are gifted a breathtaking tableau of Elliott Bay in its entirety.
The scene unfolds beneath you like a living map: the iconic Great Wheel slowly spins, transforming into a intricate bracelet of light as evening falls; the marina cradles a quiet fleet of vessels; and the glittering downtown skyline stands as a testament to urban ambition against the vast, open sky.
The true transformation, however, begins with the setting sun. The "magic hour" here is less a period of time and more of a daily ceremony. As the sun dips behind the Olympics, the heavens ignite in a spectacle of color, washing the city in hues of amber, rose, and deep violet.

Then, one by one, the lights of the city begin to twinkle on, stitching a new electric constellation into the gathering dusk. It is a captivating, almost beautiful and joyous moments—perfect for the photographer waiting for that perfect, fleeting shot, or for any soul seeking a profoundly romantic and tranquil conclusion to their day.
