We stayed from December 27 to 28, 2025. The room was good and spacious—perfect for our family of four (2 adults and 2 kids). We all fit comfortably on the king-size bed. The breakfast buffet was awesome and they also have plenty of parking spaces. Thank you for the great stay—we will definitely book again in the future.

Had a blast at their pool and bar area. Love the view.

Buffet breakfast is great. Not as extravagant as 5-star hotels but really excellent dishes.

If there are issues to note, here are some:

Internet is spotty at best. I think locally, internet service provider in Angeles City needs improvement.

Had an amazing time at the pool in the evening. However, we wanted to take a dip in the morning but sadly we weren’t able to as it was being cleaned. By the time it was ready, it was check out time.

Grab app need to update their map as this hotel is not on the map. There is another hotel under the Best Western Brand (Sure-stay) which is on the map. Make no mistake as they are different, though a few blocks away from each other.

Hotel entrance is quite discrete as it is found at the back of the hotel, and not in front facing the main road. One needs to walk all the way to the back to enter the hotel.

Quite modern rooms. Really enjoyed my sleep. Bathroom is nice as well.

Will definitely go back if ever I’m around the area.

Best Western Plus Metro Clark is the hotel where I got the first training conference sponsored by Comclark tech that supplies our services for half of us in the BIR National Office (topic on Artificial Intelligence).

The training was held on the Conference Room near the West Wing on the 4th Floor of the building.

The ambience is good, as on the 4th Floor the view of Mt. Arayat is seen silhouetted far away (my climb to the mountain was Nov 29, 2025; but before that, we were in the seminar on the hotel from Mov 24-25, 2025).

The swimming pool infinity was nearby the conference room, where I took a practice drive on the depth of 4 ft. This swimming pool is clean and cold overviewing the gold course below, the parking area, and the McArthur main road.

Spencer Fusion is also nearby the swimming pool where I took the breakfast buffet with my officemates during the official training session on Nov 24-25 which is Monday till Tuesday.

Swimming pool is free for guests provided you were check-in at the hotel.

There were restaurants like Legend HK Restaurant but due to time constraints I was not able to dine-in.

Gym is available on the 4th Floor. As long as you have the tap card, you can perform self-training on the gym anytime 24 hours in operation.

Convenience store is on the ground floor when 7-11 is far away.

During our official training session, I was given a tap card to check-in at Room 808. The tap card is required to tap in at the elevator to access the 8th floor. The privacy is guaranteed since only those with tap card can access the floor via elevator and to the designated Room requiring tap card to enter.

Suppose to be, I was paired up with an office mate where two officemate can share the room, but one of my office mate back out due to some personal reasons, so I was able to stay in Room 808 by myself with peace, organized, and quiet.

The hotel room is clean, organized, and peaceful. Only the tap card can be inserted in the slot near the door for an automatic lighting environment including the toilet.

Tea sachets, sugar, creamer, mini teapot is provided. Aircon temperature can be customised by tapping it with a finger.

Toilets are clean, where a covered plastic glass door is filtered for my shower needs; temperature is either hold or cold.

Toiletries are provided as complementary like cotton buds, small soap, liquid shampoo and conditioner, sanitizer.

Toilet bowl is clean.

Everything is excellent, and I left the premises upon check-out as clean also. The only thing that changes is the wrinkled towel and blanket due to my partial use.

Smoking is not allowed in the hotel. Since I am a non-smoker, I live in the clean environment.
