A serene escape with genuine Filipino warmth, this aptly describes Seda Nuvali!

Our stay at Seda Nuvali was exceptional from start to finish. The staff are some of the kindest and most courteous we’ve ever encountered; from the bellboys, reception, bar and restaurant crew to the housekeeping and utility personnel, everyone made us feel genuinely cared for.

Special thanks to Marie from Misto for her thoughtful gesture when she noticed our keycard issue and kindly offered help even if it wasn’t her concern. Also to Joyce, who was always cheerful, attentive, and made every Misto guest feel at home. Kudos as well to Rhona, Charles, Earl, and Mikael – all equally warm and helpful.

We also stayed at Seda Vertis North last year and loved its city-center convenience, but Seda Nuvali has its own charm – peaceful, nature-filled, and perfect for relaxation. Though Misto’s buffet is not as extensive as that of Vertis North’s, every dish was delicious, and the room service food was superb!

Our sons enjoyed the gym, and the in-room Aruga massage was heavenly. Parking is outdoors, but that’s a small thing compared to the hotel’s refreshing atmosphere, great service, and friendly people.

Truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. Highly recommended! 🌿✨

Our stay at Seda Hotel Nuvali was absolutely delightful! While the lobby is more compact compared to other hotels we’ve visited, the staff more than makes up for it – everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived.

The hotel has great family-friendly amenities: the kiddie club is a nice touch, and the large swimming pool had our daughter over the moon! We stayed in a 6th-floor room with a pool view, which made her extra excited. The space was just right for our group, spotlessly clean, and neatly organized. We loved the long built-in sofa near the window – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.

For breakfast, the buffet was okay overall, though the food options were somewhat limited. It would be great if the hotel could provide separate plates and utensils specifically for children to make dining more convenient and kid-friendly.

Special touches like welcome donuts and a complimentary cake for our daughter made us feel truly cared for. We also booked an in-room massage, which was wonderfully relaxing – a huge thank you to massage therapists Ate Lorna and Cecil for their excellent service!

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in the area.

Had a pleasant stay here! Booked directly through their website and check-in/check-out were smooth. The hotel is modern and family-friendly. There’s a playroom, game room (though the foosball didn’t have a ball), big pools, a café, and a restaurant.

Dinner service at the restaurant could be better, but food quality was okay. Breakfast buffet had limited options but was decent.

Rooms were spacious, clean, and complete with amenities. We got connecting rooms (suite + deluxe) and also booked a family room (1 king and a bunk bed). All were really nice and comfortable.

Staff from concierge, housekeeping, and restaurants were friendly and courteous. Parking is uncovered, and the main lot near the lobby is small, but there’s an extended area with more space (a bit of a walk).

Location is great. Close to Solenad with plenty of dining and shopping options. They also offer a free shuttle, which is super convenient.
