This is truly a 5 star rating. It's my dream to eat here for my 20th birthday and everything is in a pristine service. I ate a total of 12 servings of plates for foods. And I enjoyed a lot. Thanks for a Happy Birthday greeting for us. Happy Hearth's Warming and God Bless You All there.

We booked a table through their website and it was super easy. When we arrived, we got seated right away. There were a lot of food choices and even though the place was busy, it didn’t feel chaotic at all. The buffet area was always clean, and the staff made sure to keep everything neat.
The servers were quick to clear plates, so we didn’t even have to call them. We really enjoyed the food and the ambiance, it felt like dining at a nice hotel buffet. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience! 😊

We thoroughly enjoyed our department's Christmas celebration this past week at Vikings SM Santa Rosa. The food was undoubtedly the highlight of the experience; I particularly appreciated the diverse cuisines, with their Filipino dishes being my personal favorite. The service was also exceptional; the staff was both good and accommodating. I would like to specifically commend Charles for his assertive and proactive assistance. Finally, the atmosphere was warm and cozy, with modern interiors that still managed to feel familiar.
