Ricole was my event planner and made the process of planning my daughter’s Birthday Party so quick and easy! My daughter had the best time! My husband and I were very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, the classy set up for the food and drinks, and the friendliness of the staff. We had Malik as our on site event coordinator, and he was so friendly and helpful! The front desk staff was amazing also. I would give this party a 10 out of 10! Thanks for making my child’s 9th Birthday so special!

Me, my brother, my cousin and his girlfriend came to Bowlero, and had a blast. Unfortunately, there was one person there that made each of us upset. A worker named Jake acted like a jerk to us when we were getting our shoes, and paying for a lane. I have autism, and Jake made it to where I looked like an idiot whenever I was trying to get some bowling shoes. He also gave my brother trouble whenever he was trying to pay for the lane. We let a worker named Matthew know about this, and shared the same opinion with us. Other than Jake, our lane had a few issues. Whether it was our light turning off, out screen freezing, and/or the pins not getting set. All in all, we had a great time bowling, even though we had a few issues.

Bowlero Euless is a great establishment however my experience with this one employee named Jake was disappointing. He was helping me and my family and was asking quite rudely. He talked to us like we were dumb and didn’t seem well prepared to answer basic questions. On the other hand, this other employee named Matt was amazing and treated us well. He nicely helped whenever we asked him something. Overall a great place to bowl and we appreciate the amazing service provided by Matt.
