Calamba City Hall Plaza is a delightful gem tucked away in the heart of the historic city of Calamba. With its picturesque surroundings and a blend of historical significance and modern amenities, the plaza offers a charming escape for both locals and tourists.

During my visitation last January 3, 2020 one cannot help but appreciate the well-maintained gardens and lush greenery that adorn the plaza. The landscape provides a tranquil setting, making it an ideal spot to unwind and take a leisurely stroll. Whether you're seeking a moment of solitude or a fun outing with friends and family, Calamba City Hall Plaza caters to all.

The centerpiece of the plaza is a grand monument paying homage to the city's most distinguished son, Dr. Jose Rizal, the Philippine national hero. The statue is an imposing sight and serves as a constant reminder of the city's rich history and cultural heritage. Visitors can't help but feel a sense of pride and admiration while gazing at this iconic tribute.

As the sun sets, the plaza transforms into a vibrant hub of activity. Local vendors set up their stalls, offering an array of delectable Filipino street food and artisan crafts. Sampling the local delicacies while enjoying the cool evening breeze is an experience not to be missed. The warm and friendly atmosphere created by both visitors and locals alike fosters a strong sense of community.

For those with an adventurous spirit, Calamba City Hall Plaza hosts various events and performances throughout the year. From cultural festivals to music concerts, there's always something exciting happening here. The plaza serves as a venue for creative expressions and gatherings, bringing people together and fostering a sense of unity among the diverse populace.

One area that could be improved is the availability of more seating options. While the park does provide some benches, they can get occupied quickly, especially during peak hours. Adding more seating areas would enhance the overall visitor experience and encourage longer stays.

Parking can also be a bit of a challenge during busy periods, so it is advisable to plan your visit accordingly or use public transportation if possible.

In conclusion, Calamba City Hall Plaza is a charming and historically significant destination that deserves a spot on any traveler's itinerary. Its tranquil ambiance, combined with the rich cultural heritage and modern amenities, creates a unique experience for everyone. Whether you're a history enthusiast, a food lover, or just looking to unwind, this plaza has something special to offer.

It is one of the nicest city halls I've seen so far, very clean, with friendly staff, fastest transactions, calambago team did really made a lot of changes.

The anti rabies vaccine centre is very crowded, but the attending personnel is very accomodating.

    Anti rabies schedules
Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday only, and also come early. I'm not sure if they have limitations on the list to vaccine.
