Peter and Jennifer catered a private event for our leadership retreat and were absolutely amazing. The food was beautiful, fresh, and incredibly flavorful, from the stunning charcuterie spread to the perfectly prepared courses that followed. Everything felt elevated and thoughtfully done.

Beyond the food, they were professional, warm, and a joy to work with. They made the entire experience seamless and memorable. Highly recommend for any private event or special gathering, we will absolutely use them again!

We had Chef Peter come to our lake house for a private dinner on the final night of our big family trip (6 adults and 6 kids), and it was one of the highlights of the week! We did the tasting menu and every single dish was delicious, beautifully presented and thoughtfully put together.

Chef Peter did a wonderful job, we loved how he introduced each course and shared a bit about what went into it. It made the night feel really special. The food was phenomenal. We began with a stunning charcuterie tray that was so delicious, followed by even more delicious warm cheddar biscuits and pimiento cheese. Dinner featured perfectly cooked chicken (moist and flavorful), a melt-in-your-mouth beef tenderloin, and a beautiful spread of squash, broccolini, and mashed potatoes.

Peter and Stephanie not only delivered an exceptional dining experience, but they also left the kitchen spotless. Their professionalism and warmth elevated our dinner beyond our expectations.
