Celebrated the birthday of a family member here.

We were around 50 people total.

The place is inside a village in Marikina. There are car garage that fits 2 sedans comfortably. Though, you can also park on the side of the street outside the gated property.

The place has one swimming pool, a billard table, a karaoke room, a spacious living area, a kitchen with gas stove which you can use. Although you have to bring your own cooking utensils, plates, etc. The place is located nearby food establishments and grocery for those who do not like to cook.

They also have a two door fridge.

There are cement tables by the pool outside. There are also folding tables and chairs you can use inside the living room.

There is one toilet room and one shower room.

There are two airconditioned room upstairs. The living area and kitchen are not airconditioned though.

Overall a good location for your small evemt/family gathering.
