Nice beach in Barrie, and it has a good clear water and lifeguards for safety too. Though the beach is small but we enjoyed a lot there is also a paid activity area and the views are stunning as it has kind of like a marina dock like view with boats docked. The only thing which needs to be there is more washrooms as having just 1 urinal is criminal lol.

The sunrise and sunset on centennial beach is absolutely breathtaking. I pulled over to take a few pictures of the beautiful beach and pink sky and ended up staying for. 4 hours……it’s definitely an amazing plot visit if you haven’t for already….

Centennial Beach is such a beautiful spot in the heart of Barrie! The sandy beach is clean and well-maintained, with shallow waters that are perfect for swimming, especially for families with kids. The boardwalk along Kempenfelt Bay is lovely for a relaxing stroll, and there are plenty of benches and shaded areas to rest.
The nearby park and playground make it great for spending the whole day, and there are washrooms and change rooms conveniently close to the beach. Parking can get busy on warm weekends, so it’s best to arrive early. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to enjoy the summer sun, the lake breeze, and the scenic waterfront views.
