Chef Collette is highly professional, that’s one thing I like about her. Tell her you need your food delivered at a particular time she will be right at your door step at exactly the time you both agreed on or before. Her food tastes so good. Chef Collette is a fantastic cook. She has taken her cooking career to another level there by making her very intentional in her cooking style and her services. Don’t hesitate to give her a call for your event. She has cooked for my event 3 times in a roll and I have never been disappointed with her services. We love you because you always give back to the community.

Everyone can cook. Not everyone can cook good food enough for you to break fasting before time.
Everyone can supply you food for your event, not everyone can guarantee you that the food will be available at the time you requested the food to be delivered.
Everyone can say they are affordable but not everyone will truly work within your budget.

This has been my biggest blessings since moving to the DFW area. The quality and quantity to price ratio is amazing. Customer service for your events or cravings will be satisfied. Chef Collette and her team are very professional, knowledgeable and will meet your dietary guidelines. I strongly recommend and check them out not just for African delicacies but also contemporary American cuisine.
