Consistently amazing. Amazing service, amazing food, and an amazing atmosphere.
This is where I learned about Iberico ham over a decade ago when master carver Michael Lopez introduced me to the best of the best Cinco Jotas jamon.
Most of the dishes are quite indulgent but there are some lighter options as well. Lunch today consisted of Cinco Jotas jamon, a bowl of French Onion Soup, and an order of Iberico Pork Filipino Barbecue Skewers.

Food:souffle mains and desserts make for great choices; awesome french onion soup as worthy of Paris, Ceasar salad vegetarian was tasty dressing with just the right amount coating the leaves.
Service: Benedict was polite and cordial and professional, and got even better once he got paper and pad to jot our preferences
Ambience: lively crowd of fashionable adults (and one child birthday)

Loved every bit of my dining here. The sea bass was good + halo halo and the French onion soup
The nice thing about it is they will also voluntary split the meals for you if you want to share. The staff and crew are also wonderful and know all their dishes! Will definitely come back.
