I had a great stay at the Marriott Cincinnati. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the onsite parking made everything super convenient. My room was spotless, modern, and comfortable, and they even surprised me with a complimentary upgrade, which was a nice touch. The view from the balcony overlooking the river and city skyline was beautiful. Overall, a clean, comfortable, and well-run hotel—I’d definitely stay here again.

Staff are SUPER nice, and I do generally like the hotel. However, if you're looking to get a good nights sleep the atrium set up of this hotel means that you can hear EVERYTHING from the lobby area. It's currently midnight and we can still hear the very loud group in the lobby. Ironically I called downstairs and could hear the loud people through the phone. Though the associate was nice, its clear management does not have a quiet hour policy. People have work and business to tend to. If this was just for fun I wouldn't mind it as much. What's the point of quiet signs by the elevator when you allow the lobby area to be loud well past bar closing time? Though there a quite a few things I like about the hotel, the lack of established quiet hours means that I will not be returning. It's clear via the reviews that this is a MAJOR problem. I will not be back.

This is a very nice, clean hotel in a great location. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the echo. The way the hotel is designed means that if there are any number of people down in the lobby area eating/drinking/whatever (spoiler alert there always are) then any noise they make will carry through the entire hotel, through your door, and into your room. All hours. Nothing they can really do about it, just FYI.
