The Manila Cinematheque is an institution that promotes film as an art. They feature local and international films, and hosts free screenings of said films. Inside there is also a collection of film paraphernalia – mainly projectors and film editing equipment. There is also ample seating for moviegoers – but seating capacity is much less than the other commercial cinemas.

A quaint theater showing rare films that you won’t find commercially. I loved their indie film shows. You have to be updated with their showing schedules. Be early in line because they only have a small capacity like 120seats more or less. Don’t get lost! This is near Araullo Highschool . This is only a small space so use Google maps.

Theater was comfy enough that I was able to doze off for a couple of minutes haha. Sound system was also great for the size of it. No foods and drinks allowed inside.

A go place of mine when I wanna watch movies alone. Not crowded and cheap tix price on their webpage. The area outside is too dark especially at night so you just have to be careful don't worry police station is just beside it.
