Needed a hotel room went to the comfort inn Brandon. Hotel lobby was bright and clean , rooms were clean and comfy and modern . Was nice and quiet so easy to sleep I’ve never had a bad experience at any comfort inn I’ve stayed in this one met my expectations. Nice quiet highway hotel .

Property was very tired. Cracked lampshades, falling down wrinkled curtains, ripped carpet. No elevator! Staff was good and room was clean. Breakfast was good. Surprised at condition of property because we usually have a good experience with Comfort inn.

The absolute WORST internet. Malware and spyware got installed on the open network, and once identified, blocked, and removed, the speeds were slammed and reduced so much that a basic YouTube video at 240p couldn't run without interruption! No thermostat in the room; ancient heater and a/c unit. carpet stains and outdated furniture. The dated hotel is fine to stay at, but the internet / spyware problem really pissed me off.
