There are not enough words to describe how well the CTH team knocked our wedding weekend OUT OF THE PARK!!!

For starters, the hotel manager Lindsay Land truly is one of the best people we’ve met throughout our 2 years of planning. She was responsive, helpful, thoughtful and reassuring with all details leading up to the big day. In addition, she even helped coordinate our rehearsal dinner with the Shoemakers restaurant connected to the property.

The rooms were enormous and multiple guests commented on the amazing feel and architecture of the hotel. The fact that it was in an old shoe factory – something that was unknown to us at the time or choosing this place – was truly extraordinary. The ladies at the front desk all went above and beyond to give information, answer questions and make requests happen.

Whether it’s for a special event, a weekend getaway or just to try somewhere new… the Craddock Terry Hotel will go to great lengths to keep you happy.

Other notable amenities: complimentary breakfast delivered to your door, the most comfortable beds we’ve ever stayed in, spacious rooms, a gift and snack shop, and a huge downstairs patio outside of 1 of their 2 restaurants. 5/5 is NOT enough for this establishment!!! We stayed at this hotel a few weeks ago for one night to break up a road trip. We had our dog with us and rather than have her in the car for 10+ hours we decided to make a last minute decision to stop halfway at a hotel. The Craddock came up as an option that allowed pets so I just booked it and expected a standard hotel stay. When we checked in we were blown away at the service and the accommodations provided for pets. We were given a room on the main floor with easy access to the exits which was crucial with a dog. When we walked in the room we saw that the hotel had left not only a dog bed but a gift bag with treats and a little toy. It just made us feel so welcome especially when we haven’t done a hotel stay with a dog before. There was also a dog friendly brunch place just a few blocks down the street. We were just blown away with the experience and will definitely remember it next time we do this road trip!

If you’re looking to use the event space for a wedding or other event I would recommend! The event manager is very organized, super friendly, and helpful. We did not book the venue unfortunately, due to other reasons not related to the venue. It is a pretty venue and feels very clean. The hotel itself has many friendly employees, and is very well maintained.
