Absolute gem in Tempe marketplace! I stopped in for a last minute outfit for an event. Bria and Mariah helped me pick out the best dress to match a pair of boots I had. This store has cute lounge wear, dresses and plenty of options for any occasion. PLUS great staff!!

The first part of my experience was great, very helpful in finding me some items for loved ones for Christmas. Even placing some on hold across town so I could go pick them up to complete one of the outfits.
Everyone was pretty happy with there gifts and I was glad I could find them something nice.
My only real complaint was yesterday when I went to return two items. Shopping for my mom can be hard as she is somewhat handicap I couldn’t really tell what size she needed in a few things. The young lady helping me said get both sizes you can bring back what doesn’t fit. Great idea let’s doit.
Well yesterday was the day I had time to bring those items back and here lies the issue,
“ they don’t do refunds, only in store credit .”
Well that would have been nice to know. Ok mam what’s my options she being the lady that helped me and also very new asked for help, help came and said we can do a gift card. Well ok let’s doit it , ummm sorry your two days past the date of return. Hmmm well I assumed it was thirty days , her response no hun it’s 14 you missed it by two days.
I admit I did argue a bit well you just said I could get a gift card and also just called it a return yourself plus you didn’t mention this at the time of sale.
Sorry we can’t help you hun . Hmmm this doesn’t seem right , well we have this sign and it says on your receipt.. didn’t think I needed to read the one sigh On policy when shopping and the receipt clearly does nothing as transaction is done.

Needless to say this kinda ruined the moment I believe there should have or could have been some some type compromise here vs a sorry hun ..
ps when someone is old enough to be close your dad calling them hun also doesn’t help much..

Store is adorable with decent prices… Except for not including tags on the more expensive items and being very sneaky and refusing to price match identical items. Found the perfect dress (none of this particular dress had pricing) and was not told until I went to check out that it was $20 more than expected and when I showed concern not only did they not price match their own item but completely ignored my frustration and were rude about me being confused. Originally was about to make me a forever customer but now I’m not so sure I’ll be coming back.
